How do I make my loan payments?
Loan payments are made through our pre-authorized payment plan. Pre-authorized payments are automatic withdrawals from your bank account each time your payment is due.

You can pay off your Personal Loan early or make any extra payments at any time without any penalty.
Can I pay off my Home Equity Loan early or make any extra payments? If so, is there any penalty?
If you would like to pay off your Home Equity Loan early, an Early Payout Fee may apply depending on your province or territory.
Will my monthly amount due change if I make a large payment or additional payments?
No, the monthly amount due will not change as the large payment or additional payments will be used towards lowering the principal. To save money on the interest of your loan, you can pay off the loan early with the extra payments.
