The Credit Optimizer subscription service (the “Service”) is administered by TransUnion and Score Navigator.

I understand that the company, Score Navigator, which administers the Service I am purchasing, is not affiliated with easyfinancial. I understand that easyfinancial does not act as an agent, broker, or fiduciary for me in the purchase of the Service. However, easyfinancial, an employee of easyfinancial or an affiliate of easyfinancial may realize some benefit from the sale of such Service.

I hereby authorize easyfinancial, TransUnion and Score Navigator (individually and collectively referred to as “We” or “Provider(s)”), for the duration of my subscription for the Service, from time to time, to use my personal information to obtain records containing credit information about me from credit reporting agencies. I understand and agree that this consent is in addition to the consent granted below and is being granted for the purpose of providing the Service and will not impact my credit profile. The consents provided herein shall be for the duration of my subscription.

Service Details

TransUnion Credit Score

I understand the credit score, included as part of the Service, is a model created by TransUnion (“TU Credit Score”). Credit scores measure the probability that a person will continue to pay his or her debts on time.

There are many different credit scores in the marketplace based on different models with different score values and lenders use a variety of different credit scores to make credit decisions. The TU Credit Score and the Service provided hereunder are for educational/informational purposes only and are not intended for use by lenders.

The TU Credit Score may not be the same credit score used by your lenders or other commercial users to make credit decisions about you. The TU Credit Score can only evaluate the account information that appears on your TransUnion consumer credit report at a specific point in time. Accounts not reported to, subsequently deleted, or amended from your TransUnion consumer credit report will not be reflected in your TU Credit Score.

TransUnion does not maintain your account information used to determine your TU Credit Score, and is not able to make any changes to it. However, TransUnion is able to help you correct inaccurate or outdated information within your credit report, please see Disputes below.

Disputes

The Providers cannot initiate disputes regarding your credit report on your behalf; you must do so yourself. To do so please visit www.transunion.ca for further details. The credit and personal information provided to you as part of the Service does not constitute a “consumer disclosure” for the purposes of applicable consumer reporting legislation. By law, you are entitled to receive a free copy of your consumer disclosure from each of the national credit reporting agencies by contacting them directly.

Not a Credit Repair Tool

I understand the Service is not a credit repair tool or a form of credit counseling service and the Providers make no representation or promise that it will improve your credit score or profile or provide you with any assistance in that regard.

New Features

I agree the Providers may, from time to time, introduce new features, modify or delete existing features or substitute a substantially similar Service in their sole discretion. We shall notify you of any of these changes to features if legally required to do so. By using any new or modified features when they become available, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions concerning those features.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liabilities

THE SERVICE MADE AVAILABLE ON OR ACCESSED HEREUNDER ARE PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE PROVIDERS AND THEIR AFFILIATES DO NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER: (i) AS TO THE SERVICE; (ii) ANY SYSTEMS, SOFTWARE, SITE OR CONTENT ON PROVIDERS SITE, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR ANY OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU BY THE PROVIDERS OR ACCESSED; (iiI) THAT YOU WILL HAVE CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE ACCESS TO THE SERVICE; OR (iv) THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE. IN ADDITION, THE PROVIDERS AND THEIR AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND INFORMATIONAL CONTENT. THEREFORE, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICE ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE PROVIDERS AND THEIR AFFILIATES DO NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU (WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE) FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE, CONTENT, PRODUCTS OR OTHER SERVICES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LIABILITY ASSOCIATED WITH ANY VIRUSES WHICH MAY INFECT YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT.

Privacy

I acknowledge and consent to easyfinancial collecting, using, and disclosing my personal information in accordance with easyfinancial’s Privacy Policy and applicable law, including to: verify my identity and application information; obtain credit information or related financial history from third parties, including for the purposes of verifying my current and ongoing creditworthiness; administer the Services and any other products; collect outstanding debts; comply with legal, regulatory, security and processing requirements; communicate information and send me promotional offers; provide credit information to credit reporting agencies; and otherwise with my consent. easyfinancial may disclose my personal information to, and collect my personal information from, affiliates or other organizations. easyfinancial may also share this information with third-party collection agencies engaged to assist in the collection or acquisition of any debt. If I have provided personal information relating to a third party, I represent that I have obtained consent from that third party to provide said personal information to easyfinancial.

In addition, subject to applicable laws and the policies and procedures of the applicable credit reporting agency, you consent to easyfinancial obtaining your credit score from a credit reporting agency for a period of up to one (1) year after the cancellation of the Services.

The consent provided herein shall be for the duration of my subscription and as otherwise provided herein.
